first load the modules file via ftp to opencart directory, after that go to extension select payment extension . now install extension icicieazypay. 
after install click on edit button.

Now Click edit after installation, add parameters as merchant id, asc key, and return url

after enter press save button , it will live now.
Go and test it via place and order via add a product to cart ans check out process,
