Download key file and php kit from icici merchant panel.

Now install the kit Follow the instructions as readme.txt document step wise step.

Now your payment gateway is ready to live.
Go to admin panel of opencart and live or enable  the module

Config the key file name there.
Simple installation is complete


Now test a transaction via adding a product in cart and go for check out.

at time of select payment method check on debit/Credit card(can be renamed from language/icici.tpl)
Now go to confirm order, it will take you payment gateway of icici with your transaction money.
